1/3/2024 EnchantaVaughn Approved Upon arrival, client appeared to be on task, displaying appropriate and desirable behaviors as evidenced by him facing forward and completing his worksheet assignment. Client communicated to his teacher that he was going to have a good day. Client seemed to be in a stable mood. Client worked well with others and participated in team building exercises. Client displayed cooperative manners, staying on task and being attentive to his teacher. No incidents were reported. Client appeared to be focused and content, as evidenced by him paying attention and avoiding distractions. Client was observed listening and following directions. Client displayed appropriate social skills while interacting well with authority and peers. Client transitioned to lunch in a positive manner, walking in line and waiting his turn. Client displays positive social skills, getting along with others and initiating conversation. The client was supported as he practiced approaching others to increase his involvement in social activities. The client has used positive characteristics, and the benefits of this were reviewed. Client seem to understand the importance of uninterruptive listening by waiting his turn to speak. Client was seen in his seat and exhibiting positive body language. Client communicates happy thoughts and feelings about his day in school and continues to display appropriate social skills. Client have been displaying excellent commitment with achieving his objectives and making it through the day without getting upset, reducing episodes and outbursts.
